If you provide a family friendly activity and would like to set up at our event, we would love to have you come!
There is plenty of room to set up. If you bring items to give away or perform a free service, then there will be no charge to you for a table.
If you do not give away items or provide free services, then we would kindly ask for a donation for $20 for a table and plastic table cloth (if needed).
If you have a tent, you may set it up; please call ahead for a table space that is suitable to your needs.
FOOD: We are looking for people who will want to bring samples of healthy foods and educational materials to help people with Lyme and other tick-borne diseases.
Businesses: There may be more than one type of business that signs up to come to this event. For example: there may be several distributors of vitamins and herbal supplements. We welcome all businesses that are interested in helping people with tick-borne diseases to come to the Wellness Festival.
If you would like a table to set up to provide health education and your organization is a nonprofit, then the cost will be for the table and table cloth, $5.00
